In the late 2000’s he created 4 LLC’s in New Orleans where he sourced and evaluated potential investments, calculate ROI’s, developed budget and timelines and presented opportunities to investors, performed due diligence, negotiate contracts, obtained permits and entitlements and supervised all aspects of construction and development.
